Track and Save v2 from EON
Track and Save v2 from EON was launched 28th April 2009 as a replacement to Track and Save.
Track and Save v2 from EON is available to customers with dual fuel or gas only.
Track and Save v2 was withdrawn from the market to new customers on the 8th October 2009 when Track and Save v3 was launched.
Track and Save v2 customers are guaranteed a bill which will be lower than British Gas until 1 September 2010. The guarantee applies to customers with average electricity consumption of 3,300kWh and above, and average gas consumption of 20,500 kWh and above, including all discounts. Excludes certain customers with Economy 7 meters. Guarantee relates to customers who pay by fixed monthly Direct Debit or quarterly by cash or cheque, and continue to pay in this way. It applies against British Gas’ standard bills for existing customers until 1 September 2010. Track and Save is not available to Prepayment or Restricted Hours Meters.
Customers can leave Track and Save v2 from EON at any time with no early termination fees applying.

- 11th December 2008 : Track and Save tariff launched
- 19th February 2009 : unit rates reduced and IGT charge removed
- 23rd April 2009 : tariff removed from sale to new customers
- 28th April 2009 : Track and Save v2 launched
- 8th May 2009 : unit rates reduced
