Very easy to switch tariff and i checked to with npower to see if it was the cheapest tariff available and they confirmed it. Plus as an added bonus we got the Love2shop vouchers as well.

very easy but could do with reassurance that by opening an account with a new supplier they will cancel your existing suppliers. I had to double check my new suppliers website to check this was the case.
