Not happy with tick box section at the end of aggrement form. Options are not clear and a tick in a certain box can mean yes or no depending on the box ticked.

beat that quote site allowed me to double check my power consumption by giving estimated actual power usage rather than just amount spent- therefore i had more trust that this allowed for proper comparison and not just persuaded me to change supplier which would only really benefit the web site provider- which has a vested interest in persuading consumers to switch supplier!

I prefer you to uswitch because you do not ask so many personnel q's. However I note that they show how the cost is worked out, which is very handy. You need this feature to keep up with them!

Can't see reason to go through the whole calculation once made decision to switch. Requesting payment details as a first step also is a little bit putting off.
