It took me a little time to find confirmation on your site that the agreement was fixed for 12 months. Suggest you should refer to this under 'duration of agreement' on your T&Cs

I wanted to contact you regarding IGT but the office is not open on the weekend. I find this very strange. Most working people only have time of a weekend to sort these things out. I might have decided to forget the whole thing - that is what I usually do if I can't get satisfaction as a potential new customer. I would review this!
