So far so good. Clear confirmation email, with the cooling off period identified. Far better than British Gas who were less clear about cooling off period when I enquired about switching a couple of years ago Looking forward to Ca$hback and saving money.

The terms & Conditions refer to a smart meter and possibility of higher tariffs if one cannot be fitted. As understand it iSave does NOR require a smart meter so this makes you look bad. I hope it's not indicative of customer relations in general
