Registering that I want to switch to OVO, using the OVO website is very easy. I will need to reserve judgement for now though, as to the switching process itself.

Very good - a smooth service, but one refinement would be to be able to call up from your site details of any canellation fee chargeable by the old supplier for switching. At present you have to put the switch on hold and look this up separately if not done before you log on.

Very straightforward. Would have expected a reference number, but presume that you can reference my application easily through my postcode. Surpised that it will take as long as 6-8 weeks to switch, but presume that's standard. Hopefully there won't be any issues and I can call during the day, but would expect you to have customer service available into the evening and on Saturdays.
