the rating is on the ease of filling in your form. sugest the feed back option is too early in the change process to give a balanced view of a customer experience!

Previously spoke to OVO telephone rep Jenny, who stated transfer takes 3-4 weeks, but e-mail states 6-8 weeks!!! TOO LONG & I WILL ONLY WAIT 4 WEEKS MAX! She also stated cooling off period of 1 week and I could cancel anytime up to meter reading, which normal occurs 5 days before transfer point. Therefore switch to be completed ASAP but no longer than 31 Jan 2010. Transfer & cancellation details should be stated BEFORE customer proceeds to transfer!!!!!!!!!!

I found this very helpful but I did not see one point I wished confirmed namely that I will be advised when supplier requires my meter reading so I am correctly billed perhaps I missed this point otherwise v.good.
