Go Fix and Go Fix XL from npower
Go Fix and Go Fix XL from npower were launched on the 19th October 2009.
Both Go Fix and Go Fix XL were removed from the market to new customers on the 1st February 2010.
Go Fix and Go Fix XL are online energy accounts where paperless billing is mandatory. Prices are fixed until the 31st December 2010. Customers must be happy to pay their energy bills by monthly direct debit to benefit from Go Fix or Go Fix XL.
Customers joining Go Fix and Go Fix XL are not tied in to any long term contract and can leave either tariff without penalty at any time.
Go Fix is the standard version of tariff, specifically designed for the typical gas and electricity customer and is available to existing and new npower customers.
Go Fix XL is designed for new dual fuel customers to npower with an above average consumption.
The key features of Go Fix are:
- Fixed prices until 31/12/2010
- Paperless billing is mandatory with this product
- The customer must pay by Direct Debit
- Standing charge applies
- Not available to prepayment customers
