The UK now has over seventy licensed suppliers of gas and electricity, although currently there are more suppliers of electricity than gas. As a result there are several thousand separate gas tariffs available to each domestic consumer from the gas suppliers.

 

Uniquely, Energylinx lists every single gas supplier who provide either domestic gas and/or electricity throughout the UK and each gas tariff they offer.

 

The gas prices quoted on the Energylinx gas price comparison are identical to those you would be quoted if you contacted each gas supplier direct.

 

Many gas suppliers have direct links into our gas price comparison and are constantly updated. Others are updated within 4 hours of receiving notification from the supplier themselves, this ensures that the gas prices detailed on the Energylinx gas price comparison are always up to date.

 

Should Ofgem issue any additional gas supply licenses, these gas suppliers will be added to our gas price comparison database immediately.

 

Should you not find your existing gas supplier on our gas price comparison it will be because it is a trading name or trading partner, used or supplied by one of the licensed gas suppliers.
