What happens next?

Once you have selected your new deal, and have completed the application, we will confirm via e-mail and forward your details securely to your chosen supplier.

The supplier will then start organising the switch and will contact you to confirm when the service will start. It usually takes between four to six weeks for the transfer to be completed.

The new supplier will keep you updated with progress after the cooling off period expires.

CommunitySave will regularly update your chosen good cause with how much money has been raised for them. Donations will be paid to them on a quarterly basis.
